{"id":25236,"date":"2023-04-28T08:30:00","date_gmt":"2023-04-28T06:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/d3w57dy8lxq74n.cloudfront.net\/?p=25236"},"modified":"2023-04-21T08:32:48","modified_gmt":"2023-04-21T06:32:48","slug":"safety-culture-theme-of-the-legal-design-workshop","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/d3w57dy8lxq74n.cloudfront.net\/en\/safety-culture-theme-of-the-legal-design-workshop\/","title":{"rendered":"Safety Culture: Theme of the Legal Design workshop"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><p>On the occasion of the World Day for Health and Safety at Work, which is celebrated every 28 April, Maddalena S.p.A. is pleased to announce the <strong>launch of the new edition of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ekitalab.com\/\">EkitaLab<\/a> Legal Design Course<\/strong>, realised in partnership with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.animaimpresa.it\/\">Animaimpresa<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.percorsosicurezza.com\/\">Percorso Sicurezza S.r.l.<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trakti.com\/trakti-smart-legal-contract-automation-platform\/\">Trakti Ltd.<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legalnext.it\/\">Legalnext<\/a>.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p>The course, which is unique in terms of the preparation of the lecturers, the choice of subjects, and the workshops offered, aims to <strong>create new skills for the application of Legal Design techniques and methodologies<\/strong> in order to improve the communication of legal content and facilitate interactions between people and legal systems.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is Legal Design?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><p>L<strong>egal Design is a multidisciplinary approach to design in the legal field.<\/strong> It is a subject that involves several professionals working together with the aim is to create more user-friendly legal systems and services. The main characteristic of legal design is to put the recipient at the centre with the aim of <strong>improving content communication.<\/strong><\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Maddalena S.p.A. as case study<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><p>The course is strongly focused on the application aspect and is developed within a workshop designed according to the criteria of experiential teaching also known as &#8220;<em>learning by doing<\/em>&#8220;.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p>The workshop part directly involves Maddalena S.p.A. <strong>and its employees as a case study, putting them at the center of a project designed specifically for safety at work and concerning risks in the handling of materials and interference between vehicles and people.<\/strong><\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p>Maddalena S.p.A. pays particular attention to the health and safety of its employees.
