G.B. Maddalena\u201d Scholarship&#8217;s Third edition"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><p>The <strong>third edition<\/strong> of the scholarship named after engineer G.B. Maddalena <strong>worth \u20ac10,000<\/strong>, established for the first time in 2019, on the occasion of the company&#8217;s 100th anniversary, has also been confirmed for 2023.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p>The initiative, reserved for the children of the company&#8217;s employees enrolled in secondary school and intending to enroll in university, aims to <strong>contribute concretely to the cultural and professional growth<\/strong> of future generations. Investing in youth training, in fact, is a very important aspect especially from a social point of view as it simultaneously means enabling young people to acquire skills that lead to a personal and specialized growth.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p>The project is in line with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.agenziacoesione.gov.it\/comunicazione\/agenda-2030-per-lo-sviluppo-sostenibile\/?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>goal number 4<\/strong><\/a><strong> of the United Nations 2030 Agenda<\/strong>, which aims to &#8220;<strong>ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and to promote inclusive learning opportunities for everyone<\/strong>.&#8221;<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.almalaurea.it\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AlmaLaurea&#8217;s 2022 report about the profile and employment status of graduates<\/a> highlights how the economic, cultural and social status of the family of origin can be impactful in the decision to pursue a higher education. The possibility of obtaining a scholarship such as the one provided by Maddalena S.p.A., certainly represents a <strong>great opportunity<\/strong> for the children of the Company&#8217;s employees to start building their future from the solid foundation of knowledge.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p>This initiative is also one of the many Social Sustainability projects that also led to <strong>the <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/d3w57dy8lxq74n.cloudfront.net\/en\/maddalena-s-p-a-publishes-its-first-sustainability-report\/\"><strong>drafting of the Company&#8217;s first<\/strong> <strong>Sustainability Report<\/strong><\/a>, which has been recently presented.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p><strong>The \u201cG.B.
