These three concepts give rise to the partnership that Maddalena S.p.A. and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gruppoilliria.it\/pagina\/chi-siamo\">Gruppo Illiria S.p.A.<\/a> have been forging for years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/d3w57dy8lxq74n.cloudfront.net\/en\/sustainability\/2030-agenda\/\">sustainable projects<\/a> that the two Companies are pursuing, aim to improve the service from the point of view of both, <strong>environmental sustainability<\/strong> and <strong>food well-being<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To begin this journey, <a href=\"https:\/\/wa-mi.org\/en\/\">Wami water<\/a> &#8211; the Italian company whose goal is <em>&#8216;to bring drinking water to as many people as possible&#8217;<\/em>) was placed in vending machines. But it is also possible to find as healthy, gluten-free, KM0 or organic products (a request linked to the WHP Project involving Maddalena S.p.A. in the year 2019),<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Working together to reduce our enviromental impact<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Reducing the environmental impact of plastic, currently, the second largest <a href=\"https:\/\/www.duegradi.eu\/news\/impatto-ambientale-plastica\/\">source<\/a> of greenhouse gas emissions is of primary importance. The introduction of Hybrid40 recyclable cups aims to contribute in reaching this goal: producing these cups reduces the Co2 released into the environment by 40%. In addition to reducing the environmental impact of coffee breaks, Hybrid40 cups are 100% recyclable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The choice of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanbenedetto.it\/it\/prodotto\/san-benedetto-ecogreen\">San Benedetto Ecogreen<\/a>, Acqua San Benedetto&#8217;s sustainable line, brings the company ever closer to achieving its goals. San Benedetto Ecogreen is designed to be <strong>zero-impact<\/strong>, the plastic used for the bottles is 100% recyclable and the cap does not leak into the environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last but not least, a Circular Economy project that gives new value to, and <strong>recovers coffee by- products<\/strong>, normally treated as waste. During 2021, Illiria Group collected 524.78 kg of such by-products, which were then used in a project to <strong>produce alternative energy<\/strong>.
